From 2002, Nature Publishing Group will publish Heredity, a journal of the Genetics Society. Focusing on eukaryotes, the journal publishes key papers on ecological, population and evolutionary genetics, including human population genetics, genomics and post-genomics as applied to evolutionary questions, biometrical and statistical genetics, animal and plant breeding, and cytogenetics.
